The hotel is near two subway lines and the main station. Ginza and Nihonbashi were within walking distance. I appreciated the location a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful .

Breakfast had limited options and I was not satisfied. The coffee was not good either. My room was small. It was difficult to move around and some items were old.

the hotel is close to several train stations (a great advantage). there is also a convenience store in the building. i found the rooms quiet with blackout curtains.

The breakfast options felt limited to me. i didn't think the coffee was very good. the rooms felt small. It was hard to move around in them.

the staff were super friendly. they assisted with luggage. the location is fantastic near ginza. i found pamphlets with tourist info at reception.

the room was tiny (i guess that's no surprise). we had expectations that were not met. there were no laundry facilities which is pretty standard in japan. the hotel isn't much different from cheaper business hotels.

the hotel is near a subway station, convenient when arriving from the airport.

My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being designated non-smoking. It was quite unpleasant. the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, difficult to sleep. the bathroom was not clean and had mold.

The location was very convenient. The Ginza line station was just steps away, and the JR station was also within walking distance. The room had standard dimensions, typical for a downtown area. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was quite small. It was difficult to move around freely. Some of the items in the room looked a little old! The windows did not open, so the room became stuffy after taking a bath.
